Hollow Knight Silksong Mobile retains its predecessor's 2D platforming and combat core but features Hornet's more acrobatic playstyle, a quicker healing system using a limited "Silk" bar, and "Wishes" as side quests with a tracking journal. Other changes include Hornet's unique needle and thread weapon for ranged attacks, the ability to mantle ledges, and a crafting system for new tools and traps.
